FULL TIME AND PART TIME AVAILABLE


Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused individual to join our North Carolina License Plate Agency team. This position involves assisting customers with vehicle registrations, title transactions, tag renewals, and related DMV services in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with registration and title transactions
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Verify documents and ensure compliance with state procedures
  • Provide professional customer service in person and by phone
  • Handle confidential information with accuracy and discretion
  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Basic computer and data entry proficiency
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Cash handling experience preferred
  • Prior DMV, clerical, banking, or office experience is a plus
  • Performs other related job duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Must be commissioned as a Notary Public in the State of North Carolina or will be required to obtain the commission within a within a reasonable amount of time.
