Mandatory Qualification

  • Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
  • ITS State Liquor Authority is developing a system for online payments using Microsoft .NET and we require HBITS to guide the development effort to perform application development, solution design, and create functional and technical documents.
  • The consultant should also analyze, design and configure changes within the system to incorporate portal functionality and should work with architects and developers to configure and support various back-office integration points and activities.
Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate:
  • Provide Solution design, create functional and technical documents. Develop, implement, manage and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET technology in support of ITS SLA. Analyze, design and configure changes within the system to incorporate LEAP/Portal functionality. Work with architects and developers to configure and support various back-office points and activities. Detail daily tasks will include but not limited to the following:
  • Guide Development Team for Project including reviewing and reporting on Team progress and assigning Developers tasks
  • Analyze and interpret business rules and workflows for application design
  • Workflow design, analysis and configuration
  • Performance Metrics/Data Analysis
  • Interface Design and coding of application
  • Provide training to staff on any learned new technologies
  • Assist the Configuration and Release Management teams in scheduling and performing deployment
