Where You'll Make a Difference
  • Perform sensory, appearance, and color analysis of raw materials used in the Creative Center, by customers, and in fragrances produced by the Sample Lab.
  • Prepare samples and perform laboratory analyses, including gas chromatography, density, refractive index, CIE Lab color, and flash point testing for fragrances produced by the Sample Lab.
  • Record sensory and analytical results with accuracy and create fragrance specifications in the system.
  • Issue technical documentation, including certificates of analysis.
  • Support administrative activities such as sample library management, shipping target procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices procedures, and SAP data maintenance.
  • Perform regular maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of quality control equipment, including gas chromatography equipment, Ismatec tubes, and flash point equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers to support quality, documentation, and sample-related needs.
  • Support investigations of quality deviations and assist in implementing corrective actions when required.
