Job description

ASO Program Coordinator
6+ Month W2 Contract
Remote (PST hours)

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:

  • Manage submissions via App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
  • Track development schedules and roadmap timelines for assets such as screenshots, app preview videos, In-App Events, and metadata.
  • Coordinate calendars for store events in sync with feature launches, promotional activities, and seasonal updates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Studio Team, PMM, and Product teams to gather updates, feedback, and secure asset approvals.
  • Maintain & update asset libraries, including screenshots, icons, and preview videos.
  • Coordinate and prepare localized asset updates (titles, subtitles, descriptions, keywords, promotional text).
  • Ensure compliance with app stores review guidelines and resolve any rejection issues with the ASO lead and Partnership team.
  • Work with regional marketing & PMM teams to ensure cultural relevance and relevancy across locales.
  • Maintain accuracy of version metadata and support phased releases or geo-targeted rollouts.
  • Upload and publish monthly updates & build releases to product pages and store listings.
  • Ensure all submissions meet platform guidelines and adhere to required timelines.

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years of practical experience
  • Experience in mobile release cycle and App Store submission & guidelines
  • Expert & deep understanding in App Store Connect & Play Store Console
  • Familiarity with design tools (ie, Photoshop, Figma)
  • Proven project management skills and highly organize
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
  • Outstanding attention to details

$35.00 - $39.28/hour
