At Quanta Power Solutions, we are driven by a culture of safety, integrity, and disciplined execution - and we're building a team that shares that commitment.
About this Role
Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a versatile Multimedia Specialist to serve as the creative production engine of the communications team, owning the company intranet and producing the video and design assets that bring internal and external stories to life. This role manages the digital home for company content, delivers full-cycle video and graphic design, and maintains an organized, rights-compliant asset library. The Multimedia Specialist lives on the cutting edge of AI in media, evaluating new tools, integrating them into daily workflow to enable faster and stronger workflows. What You'll Do
Content Creation
  • Partner with the Internal and External Strategists to translate editorial needs into compelling visual content while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Manage, update, and maintain both the external (public-facing) and internal (intranet/employee) websites. Ensure content is accurate, current and consistent across both platforms. This includes routine updates and troubleshooting basic functionality issues. Optimize site content for performance, usability, and (for the external site) search visibility.
  • Design graphics for digital, print, and promotional content.
  • Shoot, edit and produce video within various environments (indoor/outdoor, talking head/candid, etc.). Create motion graphics and animations for video, web, and social content. Bring static designs to life to enhance storytelling and engagement.
  • When needed, negotiate work with other Quanta Services videographers or third-party contracts.

Asset Management
  • Build and maintain an organized digital asset library and manage usage rights, licensing, and release documentation; Ensure naming conventions, folder structure, taxonomy, and access controls are designed and consistently maintained; Treat the library as a living asset that continues to develop as both the team and work grow; connect with Quanta Services to ensure assets are integrated across the Quanta library.
  • Maintain video and photography equipment, hardware, and software.

What You'll Bring
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film/Video, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent portfolio-based experience.
  • Multimedia experience spanning both video production and graphic design.
  • Experience building and maintaining websites.
  • Experience in digital asset management.

Technical Skills and Behaviorial attributes
  • Proficiency with web content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and comfort with basic HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with SEO and web analytics tools.
  • Understanding of User Experience and User Interface (UX/UI) principles for web
  • Working knowledge of usage rights, licensing, and release/consent management.
  • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Demonstrated video production experience, including shooting and editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Proficiency in creating motion graphics and animation (e.g., After Effects).
  • Working editorial eye with the ability to identify story potential in raw footage and prepare content for downstream creative use.
  • Understanding of AI and ability leverage technology for efficiencies and ideas
  • Operational rigor, adaptability, and sound judgment under pressure.
  • Continuous learning mindset, willing to own mistakes, learn from others, deliver feedback to all levels, and foster a culture grounded in getting better every day.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet firm, non-negotiable deadlines. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, maintaining a steady presence when challenges arise.
  • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset when faced with challenges, focusing on what's possible rather than what's gone wrong. Approaches problems with optimism and resilience, consistently seeing opportunities where others see obstacles.
