As a Marketing Coordinator, you're not just supporting department initiatives and office management - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
HOTEL TOUCHPOINTS:
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams, Creative Agency and Vendors to Update & Produce all on-property touchpoints. Areas include:
    • Front Desk Collateral (Activity Calendars, Handout Maps, Key Card Inserts, etc)
    • Concierge Collateral
    • In Room Cards
    • Check Stuffers
    • Coasters
    • Posters & Frames
    • Digital Signage
    • Elevator Signage
    • Tablet Updates
    • Hilton App content updates
    • Guest Room TVs
  • Conduct Quarterly Audits to ensure all materials are up to date, and items are in stock

MARKETING/CREATIVE ASSET MANAGEMENT:
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams + Creative Agency to Update, Produce & Traffic all Marketing Assets, including Templates, One Sheets/Brochures, Promotional Materials, and Signage as Needed
  • Resort: Email Signatures (Quarterly), Room Specific Assets (Napua, Ho'olei, Wellness Rooms)
  • Membership
  • Spa Marketing
  • F&B Marketing
  • Retail
  • PR
  • Oversee Digideck Presentation Platform:
    • Manage and Update all brand content video/image assets
    • Serve as System Administrator for the platform
  • Manage QR Code System / Create QR Codes as Needed
  • Manage Asset Libraries
    • Canto Image Library
    • Canva Templates (Menus, Promotional Flyers, etc)
    • Sales Asset Library
    • Library of all Creative assets: Logos, Fonts, Brand Standards, Ad & Promotional assets
    • Library of collateral samples for reference

DIGITAL MARKETING & WEBSITES
  • Assist Senior Marketing Manager with Email Creation for Hilton and Property level deployments
  • Update hotel website copy and images as needed

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY:
  • Photo Shoots:
    • Assist Sr. Marketing Manager with creating Shoot Decks
    • Assist on all photo shoots (prop setup, etc.)
    • Manage Checklist of all requested new assets/shotlists
      • Sales
      • PR + Social Media
      • Hilton Requests
      • Etc.
  • Audit & Update photography for all marketing vehicles:
    • Brand & Vanity Websites
      • Hilton Database
      • Third party sites/listings
      • OTAs (Expedia & Booking)
      • Cvent

MEDIA & INFLUENCER VISITS: Assist Sr. Marketing Manager with Itinerary creation and distribution
SIGNAGE: Assist Senior Marketing Manager for property signage updates/new signage requests as needed
SPECIAL PROJECTS: Manage special projects as needed, such as:
  • ETip/Housekeeping Gratuity System
  • Amenities Site - Finalize site, create marketing/promotional plan and manage updates
  • Corporate Gifting Deck

ADMIN SUPPORT: Support marketing team & oversee:
  • Purchase orders
  • Invoice Coordination
  • Expense reports
  • Receiving of items & distribution
  • Ongoing audits of collateral and touchpoints
