About HqO
HqO is connecting real estate to the people with an asset agnostic, cross-property suite of powerful applications and services that foster best-in-class, dynamic end-user experiences. HqO's REX (Real Estate Experience) Platform assesses the health and performance of a person's experience within a physical space while providing the necessary tools for operators to manage and optimize it, all from one central location.
HqO has been trusted to power 400 million+ square feet across 700+ properties in 32 countries, and we're backed by some of the world's most prominent VC and real estate companies as we continue to grow rapidly across the world.
We're driven by our core values of LET'S GO (Learning, Excellence, Truth, Service, Goodness, Ownership) which define our culture and push us to do our best work every day. If you want to join a fast-growing, highly collaborative, and supportive team that is at the forefront of real estate transformation, we're the company for you.
About the role
We are hiring a 2026 Summer Marketing Coordinator Intern to join our marketing and events team, reporting to the Director of Marketing. In this role, you'll gain hands-on exposure across the full marketing mix - from social media and CRM operations to brand enablement and direct mail coordination. As part of HqO's 10-week Summer Internship Program, your capstone project will center on supporting our flagship annual conference, giving you real ownership of a high-visibility initiative from day one. You'll work closely with cross-functional teammates and leave the summer having built skills in B2B marketing, event management, and marketing operations.
This position will enjoy a collaborative hybrid work model, working Monday-Thursday in our Downtown Boston office.
Responsibilities - What You'll Do
  • Coordinate daily social media activity across HqO's channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X), including drafting and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and helping shape content aligned with our brand voice and campaign calendar
  • Support CRM data hygiene efforts - auditing, cleaning, and organizing contact and account records to ensure our marketing and sales teams are working from accurate, reliable data
  • Support event coordination for HqO's flagship annual conference as your core capstone project, managing logistics, vendor and venue communication, attendee coordination, run-of-show planning, and on-site execution alongside the broader marketing team
  • Help organize and maintain HqO's marketing enablement library, ensuring sales and customer success teams have easy access to up-to-date collateral, one-pagers, decks, and other assets
  • Coordinate merchandise ordering and fulfillment through HqO's gifting platform, supporting event swag, client gifting, and direct mail campaigns

Qualifications - What You'll Bring
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and a basic understanding of content strategy or analytics
  • Experience or coursework in event planning, marketing operations, or project coordination
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset - you don't wait to be asked twice
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)

Nice to Have
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM platform (HubSpot or similar)
  • Familiarity with project management or marketing tools such as Canva and Monday.com
  • Prior internship or work experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, or real estate tech
Pay
The hourly compensation range reflects HqO's reasonable, good-faith estimate of what the company expects to pay for this role at the time of posting.
Range:
  • 1st Year Internship: $26/hour
  • 2nd Year Internship: $30/hour

How to apply
For consideration, please submit your resume. We appreciate your interest in HqO and will be back in touch if it seems like your background and experience are a good fit!
