Position Overview:

The Chicago Bulls People & Culture Associate is a hands-on opportunity for an early-career professional to support employee engagement and learning & development initiatives that shape the employee experience.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both bringing experiences to life and supporting employee growth. The Associate will play a key role in coordinating programs, supporting events, and contributing to the continuous improvement of People & Culture initiatives, while gaining exposure to how engagement, development, and data come together to drive impact.


This role will participate in the Bulls Rookie Program and is scheduled to start in September 2026 and continue until the conclusion of the 26-27 season.


Responsibilities:

Training & Development Support:

  • Assist in the coordination of training and learning programs, including leadership development cohorts, skill-building workshops, and compliance training
  • Support scheduling, communications, materials preparation, and participant tracking
  • Help organize and maintain learning resources, toolkits, and internal content libraries
  • Contribute to the preparation of materials for sessions and program delivery
  • Support promotion and awareness of learning opportunities (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, internal programs, etc.)

Employee Engagement & Recognition:

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including events, appreciation programs, and culture-building moments
  • Assist with event logistics such as vendor coordination, scheduling, materials, and on-site execution
  • Support Employee Resource Group (ERG) Council operations, including meeting logistics, communications, agendas, materials, and follow-up action tracking
  • Help maintain ERG calendars, membership rosters, and shared resources
  • Help manage elements of recognition programs (e.g., monthly raffle, tracking nominations, supporting recognition moments)
  • Contribute to internal communications that promote events, initiatives, and participation
  • Help gather feedback from employees to support ongoing improvement of engagement efforts

P&C Program & Data Support:

  • Provide day-to-day coordination support across People & Culture programs and initiatives
  • Help manage calendars, timelines, and logistics to ensure programs run smoothly
  • Support cross-functional coordination with internal partners as needed
  • Assist with preparing materials and presentations for team initiatives
  • Support the collection and organization of basic data across engagement and learning programs (e.g., attendance, participation, feedback)
  • Maintain trackers and spreadsheets to ensure information is accurate and up to date

Compensation & Benefits:

This role pays $20/hour and is eligible to earn overtime pay. The Chicago Bulls offer a relocation stipend for any candidates making a move to the state of Illinois.
