A Library Graphic Design professional typically develops visual content such as event posters, instructional materials, digital displays, and promotional graphics to support library programs and services. The role often involves collaborating with librarians, communications staff, and other team members to ensure that all materials align with the library’s brand and mission. Designers may also oversee print production, maintain digital assets, and assist with the library’s website or social media visual updates. This variety keeps the work dynamic and allows for creative problem-solving, while supporting the library’s efforts to engage and inform the community.
