Job description

Customer Service Assistant

As a Mazda of Columbia Customer Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers on the lane
  • Managing the vehicles in the loaner fleet, including writing loaner agreements and checking in return loaners
  • Clean and organize the waiting areas
  • Clean shop common areas
  • Shuttle customers
  • Assist service advisors and Service Manager

The ideal candidate will be well organized, friendly, and have basic computer skills.

This is a fast paced, on your feet all day, position.

Professional appearance is required, which includes nice slacks and a company polo.

Must have a valid driver license.
