Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make 120+ dials per day
  • Conducting calls with or without scripts
  • Speak to as many IT decision makers as possible
  • Work with a team and independently
  • Track and document activities in the CRM system and communicate with the Sales Lead, as required
  • Schedule onsite appointments for Outside Sales to close
  • Provide reporting of progress against daily and weekly goals.
Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Inside sales experience: 0.5-1 yrs
  • Cold Calling experience, preferably in IT enterprise sales (products, consulting or services)
  • Any knowledge or experience of document/content management platforms will be a huge plus
  • Comfortable being on the phone most of the day (to cover start and end of day and lunch time by time zone)
  • Exceptional Conversation and articulation skills
  • Go-getter with confidence and tenacity to foster business relationships
  • Outstanding listening and communication skills
  • Positive and professional attitude.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the IT Services is preferred but not required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Desire for professional and personal learning
  • Highly organized.
