Posting Summary
Rutgers University-Camden is seeking a Data and Compliance Assistant to support data management, reporting, and compliance functions for youth-serving programs within the Division of Impact and Community Engagement.
The Data and Compliance Assistant is responsible for maintaining accurate student, staff, and community partner records in EZ Reports; supporting attendance and activity participation tracking; and generating reports to assist with grant compliance, program monitoring, and internal decision-making.
The Data and Compliance Assistant will coordinate closely with site-based data team representatives, Site Coordinators, the Program Coordinator, and the Senior Program Administrator to ensure timely and accurate data entry, monitor level of service and attendance trends, and support strategies to improve student engagement and participation.
This position also supports childcare licensing and compliance requirements, including maintaining staff and participant files, tracking required background clearances and trainings, managing site binders and compliance documentation, monitoring NJCCIS training records, and assisting with Department of Health summer camp license requirements. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and the ability to manage data and compliance responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner.
This is a grant funded position contingent upon the availability of funds to support it.
