Job description

Position Summary
First Horizon is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant & Treasury Management Business Support Coordinator to support the Head of Treasury Management and the broader Treasury Management Sales organization.
Schedule: Monday and Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Location: Charlotte,NC
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for the Head of Treasury Management and leadership team
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up action items.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, town halls, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Assist with expense management and travel reconciliation.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Treasury Management Sales Support
  • Coordinate and support Treasury Management sales initiatives across multiple markets.
  • Assist in organizing client events, prospect meetings, executive roundtables, and industry conferences.
  • Track key sales activities and support execution of strategic business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for client presentations and sales meetings.
  • Partner with sales leaders to ensure timely completion of deliverables and follow-up actions.

RFP & Proposal Management
  • Lead the coordination, compilation, and production of Treasury Management RFP responses.
  • Gather content and responses from product, operations, risk, compliance, technology, and sales partners.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure responses are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain a centralized library of approved RFP content, responses, and supporting materials.
  • Perform quality reviews to ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism across all submissions.
  • Create polished, executive-level proposal documents that differentiate the bank and elevate the client experience.

Executive Presentations & Communications
  • Develop and enhance executive-level PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, board presentations, leadership updates, and strategic initiatives.
  • Create visually compelling and professional client-facing documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ensure all presentation materials align with corporate branding standards and executive expectations.
  • Transform complex information into clear, concise, and impactful presentations.
  • Assist with preparation of speeches, talking points, meeting materials, and executive communications.
