Job description

Duties * You will serve as a functional program analyst for information handling services, specifications, and standards. * You will assist in the management of systems architecture and design, troubleshooting and complex system resolution, lifecycle maintenance planning, project management, and analysis of systems for optimal performance. * You will conduct risk analysis and then design/build solutions for information assurance (IA) security concerns.

* You will develop and design custom sites (i.e. Master pages, sub-sites, team sites, blogs, databases, and basic sites), create custom lists and libraries, permission management, site content navigation. * You will be responsible for managing divisional SharePoint sites and utilizing specialized knowledge of SharePoint and its lists and libraries.

Requirements Conditions of employment * Must be a US Citizen. * Must be determined suitable for federal employment. * Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

* This is a bargaining unit position. * You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

* Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs.

* This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. Qualifications GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating and identifying technical or administrative issues to plan, recommend and implement process improvements and solutions and managing organizing digital data to assess impact on divisional operations. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: identifying technical or administrative issues and recommending improvements, and organizing information in a digital environment.
