Who You Are:
The Administrative Assistant candidate must be experiencedin MS Word, Excel & Outlook email along with general office admin. dutiessuch as filing, scanning, etc. Experience in Accounts Payable, Shipping, Procurement, QA & MSAccess is preferred. Candidates should be detail oriented and must have aminimum of one (1) years' experience working in an office environment.
An Administrative Assistant's Day in the Life:
  • Reconcile invoices and assist with accounts payable (A/P) processing
  • Assist with accounts receivable (A/R) processing
  • Send out quote requests to various vendors, complete and submitpurchase orders according to specific project requirements and under thedirection of Project Managers
  • Create & Ship small parcel shipments (UPS/FedEx, etc.).
  • Organize, scan in & file project and QA documentation asrequired.
  • Manage Document Control System including issuance of work packages, drawings, etc. as well as creating project documentation packages
  • Assist QA Department with general administrative duties, filing, scanning, etc.
  • Examine various documents for consistency and accuracy and making formatting corrections as directed
  • Assist in planning of workplace events including customer meetings

What Will SetYou Up for Success:
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of applicable experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree Preferred.
  • Ability to be flexible and responsive to changing business needs.
  • Candidates must be comfortable with independently contacting suppliersand customers by phone or email.

Job Type: Hourly, non-exempt. Scheduled hours are 6:00am-4:30pm Monday - Thursday.
Candidate must be able to pass drug test, pre-employment physical,and background check.
