Description
As a Customer Service Representative with Liberty Packaging, you will interact directly with our customers and support our sales team in fulfilling orders for a wide range of product packaging. You will be an integral part of our sales & customer service team that works collaboratively in servicing our customers.
This full-time position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and is located at Liberty Packaging's manufacturing plant in Fort Worth, TX or Houston, TX, depending on where you reside.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers for order processing, inventory management, issue resolution, and product information.
  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring order details, specifications, and pricing are correctly entered.
  • Track and monitor order progress from entry to shipment, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues throughout the process.
  • Manage customer inventory levels based on usage and forecasting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer orders, communications, and related documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure alignment and timely order fulfillment.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION , EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, order management or a similar role within a fast-paced industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook and Excel .

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration
  • Proven experience in customer service, order management or a similar role within a fast-paced industry

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The starting pay range for this position is $22.75-$28.44 per hour. The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location. Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses.
