Liberty Mutual RNs often work as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes other RNs, case managers, claims specialists, and adjusters, collaborating virtually or onsite. You may spend your time on calls, documentation, and team meetings to discuss complex cases or ensure regulatory compliance. The environment is professional and supportive, with ongoing training and opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues. Team collaboration is central to achieving the best outcomes for clients and ensuring efficient claim management.
