Job description

Lia Hyundai Hartford is seeking an experienced Automotive Dispatcher to join our team.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $45K-$65K based on production and knowledge

SIGN ON BONUS: N/A

REQUIREMENTS:

Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent

Excellent customer service skills

Basic Computer skills

Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality

Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must have a clean and valid driver's license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Dispatch

Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer

Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled

Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.

Distribute work between technicians efficiently
