Job description

Hello Detroit Area Legal Professionals. The team at LHH is actively looking for Corporate Governance Paralegal candidates for opportunities that we anticipate our clients will ask us to initiate in the coming weeks and months. We anticipate that the salary range will be anywhere from $70,000 to $100,000 per year. A more specific range will be specific to each client.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and or an ABA approved Paralegal Certificate.
- 3+ years as a Corporate Governance Paralegal either in a law firm setting or in a corporate legal department.
- Prior experience handling corporate meeting minutes, assisting with state and federal filings, supporting attorneys with entity filings, entity formations, reviewing necessary tax documentation etc.
- Commercial experience including but not limited to, reviewing and redlining NDA's, SOW's, Standard Commercial Agreements, Vendor Agreements, etc.
