• Conduct thorough assessments to identify mental health concerns and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to support clients in navigating their challenges.
• Assist clients in acquiring practical skills necessary for personal growth, resilience, and improved mental health.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and other specialists to ensure comprehensive treatment and support for clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic health records, documenting client progress and treatment adjustments as needed.
• Stay informed of current trends and research in mental health counseling to enhance therapeutic practices and improve patient outcomes.

You will work with a diverse client population, ranging from individuals experiencing mild to severe mental health issues. Your clients may include adolescents, adults, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and other psychological concerns. Your empathetic approach and commitment to their well-being will be pivotal in helping them navigate their journeys toward mental wellness.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and valid California licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based therapy methods and a client-centered approach.
• Proficiency in the use of electronic health records and familiarity with telehealth technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Experience in an outpatient or remote therapy setting, particularly with telehealth.
• Familiarity with cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other therapeutic frameworks.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, or trauma survivors, is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
