Job description

Description

Portland, OR | BMW | Luxury performance brand | 5+ years experience | High-line preferred | Pacific Northwest | Veterans encouraged to apply | $70,000 - $140,000/yr OTE

Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.

BMW of Portland represents one of the world's most respected performance luxury brands in a city that appreciates both. Our guests are passionate, knowledgeable, and loyal to advisors who match their standard. Five years of service experience is the floor here -- because the guest base demands it and the role requires it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery

Translate complex repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations

Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest

Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule

Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance

Deliver a white-glove pickup and delivery experience consistent with the BMW brand standard

Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards

Represent BMW of Portland with the expertise, professionalism, and genuine hospitality the brand and its clientele expect

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership -- required

High-line or luxury brand experience strongly preferred -- BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Lexus, or similar

Demonstrated history of strong CSI and NPS performance and a loyal repeat guest base

Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred

Polished, composed communicator -- able to hold a professional conversation with a demanding, knowledgeable clientele under pressure

Able to manage high volume accurately without losing attention to detail or the guest experience

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

A hospitality mindset -- five years in this business has taught you that how you treat people is everything

WHAT WE OFFER

OTE of $70,000 - $140,000/yr

Paid BMW manufacturer and product training

Medical, dental, and vision insurance

Life insurance and supplemental coverage options

Paid time off and paid holidays

Clear career path -- strong advisors grow into senior advisor and service management roles

Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

A high-performance team culture built on standards, accountability, and genuine care for the guest

WHY BMW OF PORTLAND

BMW is one of the most technically sophisticated and passionately followed performance luxury brands in the world -- experienced advisors who know how to serve an enthusiast guest base thrive here

Portland is a growing, design-forward market that aligns naturally with the BMW brand -- a sophisticated guest base that rewards consistency, expertise, and professionalism

Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country -- ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry

A store with real volume and a sales culture built on process and hospitality -- your day is structured and your earning potential is real

Our HEART values -- Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank -- shape how we hire, how we lead, and how we serve every guest

Leadership that respects your experience, supports your performance, and invests in your long-term growth

BMW of Portland gives a seasoned service advisor the brand, the market, and the operational culture to do their best work. Five years in this industry means you've seen what a well-run service department looks like -- and you know the difference. This is a store that takes that standard seriously.

If you're an experienced high-line advisor ready to represent one of the world's great performance brands in one of the Pacific Northwest's most dynamic markets -- we'd like to meet you.
