Job description

Tom Wood Lexus in Indianapolis, IN is looking for a dedicated and energetic Service Lot Attendant to support our service team!  The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our operations and ensure our business operates like a well-oiled machine.   

Pay: $18/hour + Monthly CSI Bonus

Schedule: 4-day workweek consisting of four 10-hour shifts. Candidates must have flexible availability, including weekends. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive in the service lane. 

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service lane and lot. 

  • Parking, retrieving, and organizing vehicles as needed. 

  • Assisting the team with vehicle preparation, lot organization, and transportation. 

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to a positive dealership experience. 

  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming dealership and lot for everyone 

  • Perform other job duties as assigned to meet business needs. 

Qualifications: 

  • Maintains a friendly, professional demeanor, with excellent communication and customer service skills. 

  • Maintains a high level of customer service, always being positive and outgoing. 

  • Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to learn. 

  • Required- Have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
