  • Generate new vehicle sales through outside prospecting, referral networks, local business partnerships, and community involvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, explore fleet opportunities, and community organizations to create a consistent referral pipeline.
  • Represent Lexus of Montgomery at events, sponsorships, and extended community engagements.

  • Uphold the company's brand standards and customer experience expectations in every interaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business or marketing a plus.
  • Prior outside sales, business development, or account management experience preferred.
  • Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required for the right relationship builder.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own daily schedule and route.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, polished presence with clients.
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, or the ability to learn DriveCentric quickly.
