OSINT Analyst Team Lead  (Verification & Triage Unit) – Top Secret

As the Vetting Triage Unit Team Lead, you are in the first line of defense for the Entity Vetting lifecycle. You will lead a team in the high-tempo unit responsible for the intake, triage, and initial validation of every entity seeking access to the U.S. classified supply chain. The VTU is responsible for ensuring that over 100,000 annual inquiries and sponsorship packages are processed with speed and precision. Security Clearance: 

Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (Tier 5 Investigation)

 

Location: 

Quantico, VA

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Workflow Orchestration: Manage the daily queue of ~1,000 incoming sponsorship packages and inquiries, assigning resources dynamically to meet strict turnaround times (6 hours for no-risk indicators).
  • Quality Control: Serve as the final authority on "Risk vs. No Risk" determinations before cases move to deep-dive analysis.
  • OSINT Expertise: Lead the team in using commercial data aggregators (LexisNexis, Dun & Bradstreet, Bloomberg) to validate corporate identity and flag initial Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) indicators.
  • Team Development: Train analysts on fast-paced triage methodologies and the identification of shell companies or anomalous business structures.

 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Experience: 8+ years in risk analysis, commercial due diligence, or open-source intelligence (OSINT).
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Intelligence, Security, or related field.
  • Technical: Proficiency with major commercial risk databases and corporate registry research.
