The Law Firm of Evans, Craven & Lackie, P.S. is seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney with 1-5 years of litigation experience.
An associate in the litigation department will work with partners, associates, staff, and clients in a busy litigation practice in both federal and state courts and will be actively involved in the firm's expanding regional tort and commercial litigation practice.
The successful candidate must have strong academic credentials, strong communication and writing skills, possess a strong work ethic, be self-motivated with the drive to help shape and expand a growing practice, and have the ability and confidence to work independently.

* Exceptional writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence.
* Proficient in conducting detailed legal research using platforms like Lexis/Nexis.
* Excellent analytical skills to assess complex legal issues and develop effective strategies.
* Strong communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and court personnel professionally.
* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
All candidates must be currently admitted in Washington. Applicants who have recently sat for the Washington Bar, but are not yet admitted, will also be considered.
