We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, drafting, and litigation, with the opportunity to engage in moderate client interaction and occasional court appearances. Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research using resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
  • Provide litigation support and assist with case management
  • Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, and legal proceedings
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
