- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
- Contract Length: 36 weeks
- Setting: High School
- Classroom Model: Push-In / Pull-Out
- Class Size: Approximately 30 students in general education, 6–8 in small groups
- Interview Process: Phone screening followed by school site interview
- Local Pay: $48/hour
- Travel Pay Packages Available (housing and stipends)
- Overtime Rate: 1.5x
- Develop, manage, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Deliver small group and co-taught instruction aligned to general education curriculum
- Utilize intervention programs such as Lexia Core5, Zearn, RAP 95, and PLL
- Monitor student progress and maintain compliance documentation
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
- Provide guidance and support to paraprofessionals
