En tant qu'Operateur.trice de production, vous piloterez nos equipements industriels de pointe pour fabriquer des textiles innovants et ecoresponsables. Responsabilites

  • Operer les machines de transformation du tissu et assurer leur bon fonctionnement.

  • Preparer et alimenter les equipements en matiere premiere.

  • Effectuer les changements de production et ajuster le materiel en consequence.

  • Assurer la manutention des contenants aux differents postes de travail.

  • Suivre rigoureusement la cedule de production ainsi que les recettes de fabrication.

  • Participer activement a l'amelioration continue et a tout aspect lie a la sante et securite au travail.

Ce qu'on recherche

  • Competences : Esprit d'equipe, rigueur, capacite a suivre des standards etablis et sens de la proprete.

  • Exigences physiques specifiques : Selon le departement, vous pouvez etre appele a lever des charges (jusqu'a 80 lbs), marcher de longues distances (jusqu'a 15 km par quart) ou manipuler des charges en hauteur.

  • Salaire competitif : Taux horaire de 23,86 $/h a l'entree (moins de 3 mois). Progression automatique a 24,86 $/h apres seulement 3 mois.

  • Primes de quart avantageuses : Quart de Soir/Nuit : +2,50 $/h. Quart de Fin de semaine (FDS) : +1,25 $/h.

  • Primes additionnelles : Primes d'anciennete non cumulatives applicables des 5 ans de service.

Horaires et Quarts de travail (plusieurs possibilites s'offrent a vous)

Plusieurs possibilites s'offrent a vous selon l'organisation de nos equipes :

  • Equipe A (Jour) : Horaires reguliers en formule 5 jours (8h) ou 4 jours (9h ou 10h).

  • Equipe B (Soir) : Formule stable de 4 jours par semaine (9h ou 10h par quart).

  • Equipe C (Fin de semaine) : 3 jours de 12h (vendredi au dimanche), paye 36h avec deux periodes de repas de 25 minutes remunerees.
