Job description

The Behavioral Midlevel is a trained individual who provides behavioral services and case management to students in an educational setting and provides field training and supervision to School Aides, Behavior Technicians, and related field staff under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must hold applicable license, certification, or registration in area of behavior analysis (e.g.  ABAT, BCAT, LABA, or BCaBA) if applicable
  • Bachelor’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology, or related field preferred
  • Preferred experience in providing behavior analytic services in school
  • BCBA certification or current enrollment in BCBA and/or Master’s level program preferred
  • One year minimum pediatric experience preferred
  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice 
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
