1st Shift (6:00am-2:30pm)
Lead Marine is currently looking to hire Riggers for the Shipyard Industry here in San Diego. This Rigging job will be working on Naval Bases & Shipyards from 6:00am to 2:30pm and overtime as needed. DBIDs badge in hand is a plus. Qualified candidates please apply now!
Requirements
  • Align, level and anchor machinery.
  • Attach loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving, using hand and power tools.
  • Attach pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures such as beams, ceiling and gin pole bolos using bolts and clamps.
Qualifications
  • Must have at least minimum 4 years of rigging experience in heavy industrial and/or shipyards.
  • Understand weights of equipment and rigging tools.
  • Skilled with power tools.
  • Mechanically inclined.
