Position Overview
ABA SHINE is seeking an experienced Program Administrator to lead the launch and operation of a Level 7 Residential Facility serving children (ages 17 and under) with severe behavioral and clinical needs.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring:
  • Regulatory compliance (Title 22 & Title 17)
  • Program stability and safety
  • Staff performance and retention
  • Coordination with Regional Center (RCEB)
The ideal candidate has experience in high-acuity residential or behavioral programs and understands the complexity of supporting individuals transitioning from CCH,ย  or high-risk placements.
