Job description

Job Title: Property Manager - Level 5Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to oversee the functional aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties. This role requires in-person presence at our San Diego location and offers a temporary assignment for a duration of one year, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities
  • Manage staff responsible for the functional aspects of property management.
  • Coordinate with a stable on-site team, including experienced Assistant Property Managers and a long-standing engineering team.
  • Process invoices and manage heavy email traffic efficiently.
  • Handle tenant communications and client requests with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with the team and ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Essential Skills
  • Real Estate License
  • 5-8 years of experience in property management
  • Strong organizational skills for managing heavy email traffic
  • Expertise in financial reporting, including variances and accruals
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and MRI software
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and experience
  • Mentorship mentality for supporting and training junior staff

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $57.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
