Contractual Dozer Operators in mining are heavy equipment operators who are hired on a contract basis to operate bulldozers at mining sites. Their main responsibilities include moving earth, clearing land, maintaining haul roads, and assisting in site preparation and reclamation. They play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and overall site productivity. Unlike permanent employees, contractual operators usually work for a fixed period or specific projects as outlined in their employment contract.
