They undergo advanced training in defensive tactics, firearms proficiency, and risk assessment to protect clients from potential threats. In many states, they are licensed to carry firearms and often work in high-risk environments such as for VIPs, celebrities, or high-value assets. Their responsibilities include threat assessment, close protection, and emergency response. Level 4 Security guards typically require prior security experience and must meet specific state licensing requirements.

To thrive as a Level 4 Security Officer, you typically need advanced security training, a valid state-issued security license, and experience in risk assessment and incident response. Familiarity with surveillance systems, access control technologies, and possibly certification in firearms or defensive tactics is often required.
