Job description

An excellent opportunity is available for skilled imaging professionals experienced in Radiology and X-ray technology. This contract position focuses on delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging to support patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Schedule:

  • 3:00 am - 3:30 pm
Key Qualifications:
  • Current and valid certification with American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Prior experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma setting required
  • Demonstrated capability in operating rooms with a preference for exposure to orthopedic, neuro, or vascular procedures
  • Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and follow hospital protocols
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic exams in accordance with physician orders and departmental standards
  • Assist surgical teams in intra-operative imaging, particularly in orthopedics, neurosurgery, and vascular procedures as needed
  • Monitor and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and reporting any issues promptly
  • Respond quickly and effectively in trauma cases, prioritizing patient and staff safety
  • Utilize PACS systems for storing and retrieving medical images
