This is a highly visible position that plays a key role in enabling productivity and delivering exceptional employee experience.What You’ll Do:End-User SupportProvide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issuesSupport both onsite employees and remote usersManage and resolve incidents using an ITSM system, ensuring timely resolutionDeliver outstanding customer service aligned with service expectationsExecutive SupportProvide white-glove support to executive leadership and senior stakeholdersPrepare and support meetings, including live troubleshooting when neededMaintain professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness at all timesCollaboration & AV TechnologySupport Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference room technologiesTroubleshoot AV systems including displays, video conferencing, and audioEnsure meeting rooms are fully functional and ready for useEndpoint ManagementDeploy, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripheralsPerform system imaging, software installations, and device provisioningSupport device refresh cycles and lifecycle managementAsset ManagementTrack and maintain accurate inventory of IT equipmentManage asset lifecycle from procurement through disposalSupport audits and ensure data accuracy in asset systemsWhat You BringMinimum 3 years in enterprise desktop supportStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)Experience with Active Directory / Entra IDHands-on experience supporting AV and conferencing tools (e.g., Teams Rooms)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with a strong customer-first mindsetAbility to support executive stakeholders with professionalism and urgencyNice to HaveExperience supporting a corporate headquarters or executive environmentITIL Foundation certificationMicrosoft certifications (Endpoint, M365)CompTIA A+ or equivalentWork EnvironmentOnsite role supporting both Northbrook and Downtown Chicago locationsFlexibility to support occasional after-hours or business-critical eventsLocal travel between office locations requiredWhy Join Us?High-impact, visible role supporting critical business operationsOpportunity to work closely with leadership and enhance user experienceCollaborative, team-oriented IT environmentExposure to modern workplace technologies and enterprise systemsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
