Job Summary:

The Ski & Ride School Team Lead is responsible for assisting with the day to day running of SRS Locations. Duties include: scheduling coaches, assigning classes, facilitating the booking of private lessons, guest service, facilitating resolution of guest and employee issues as they arise, communicating safety policies and helping to ensure the location operation runs optimally. The Team Lead will communicate on a regular basis with location Supervisors, Managers and General Managers. The team lead needs to be willing to jump in and help out indoors or outdoors, whereever necessary.

Job Specifications:  

  • Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $53.50/hr  
  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027  
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available 
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age  
  • Housing Availability: Yes 

 

Job responsibilities: 

  • Facilitating the setup and breakdown of the SRS meeting areas and all other SRS facilities both indoors and out.
  • Communicating with coaches during morning meetings.
  • Assigning lessons using the priority code.
  • Ensuring guests are satisfied with their lessons.
  • Facilitating the booking of private lessons.
  • Guest service.
  • Other duties as assigned.  

Job Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma.
  • Ability to read/write and communicate in English.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working for a Ski and Ride School.
  • PSIA/AASI certification (preferred).
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Exceptional guest service skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.

Preferred skills:

  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency with RPOS.
  • The ability to communicate in Spanish.

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $53.50/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
