In close collaboration with its customers and partners, Lesaffre employs 11,000 people in around 80 subsidiaries located in more than 50 countries.
Envera is a legal entity of Lesaffre located in West Chester, Pennsylvania, US. Envera manufactures bacteria solutions for Lesaffre BUs and different market segments such as wastewater treatment, bioremediation, cleaning solutions and many other areas where bacteria can play a key role.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Responsible for the personal safety of ourselves and co-workers. Will assess, recognize, and hold individuals accountable for behaviors and results in safety for both employees and contractors.
  • Produce finished goods with varying types of sizes of equipment.
  • Ensure accuracy when weighing raw materials for use in batches.
  • Uses Batch Sheets to follow recipes for various products.
  • Record data (lot numbers, measurements, etc.) in batch sheets, checklists and logs.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures, including the use of PPE and GMPs.
  • Measure and adjust pH.
  • Follow assigned production schedule and prepare materials in work areas.
  • Execute manufacturing protocols according to work instructions.
  • Complete work orders in Sage hand-held to maintain accurate records.
  • Follow directives given by Supervisors and Managers.
  • Maintain training requirements.
  • Check all work, documents and records for accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Communicate in a respectful, professional manner.
  • Assist in other departments or with other tasks as needed.
  • Ability to pass the forklift license test.
  • Participate in inventory process.
  • Continually work in a safety-conscious manner (PPE, attire, etc.).
