Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Excellent typing, word processing, and data entry/ten-key skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically in the use of Word and Excel. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Adobe.
• Must be willing and able to learn other lending-related programs and software.
• Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
• Must be detail oriented, organized and remain calm under pressure. Must work well under stress and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
• Must be able to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to take direction, work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor.
• Must be able to pass a background and credit check. Must demonstrate responsible use of personal credit.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree (business, finance, accounting) with a financial/business-related background (preferred).
• Additional training as needed in the area of financial statement analysis, credit analysis, loan structuring, loan pricing, and related areas.
• Two years of banking or other relevant business experience, preferred.
