Sam Leman Mazda Bloomington is looking to add high-energy, driven individuals to our Sales Team. Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking to start a new career, we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

No automotive sales experience required – we will train the right person!

What You'll Do
  • Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
  • Follow up with customers and maintain relationships after the sale
  • Stay knowledgeable about Mazda products, inventory, and available programs
  • Work with management and the finance team to provide a smooth customer experience
  • Attend training and sales meetings to continuously improve
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
