Fairview is seeking a Pediatrician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic– Princeton. Join our thriving multi-specialty practice with onsite access to a robust group of specialty providers and services.

Practice Details:

  • 17 provider primary care practice, including 6 FM with OB physicians.
  • Patient encounters average 16-20 patients per day.
  • 34 patient contact hours per week.
  • Call Frequency: 5-6 times a month
  • Opportunities for physicians to perform procedures.
  • Openings: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE - Flexible schedule
  • As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
  • Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
  • H1B Visa accepted.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Pediatrics residency training program.
  • BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA.
  • Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
  • Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
  • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges if applicable.

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 1.0FTE schedule. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
