The Company: Leixir Dental Laboratories are full-service state-of-the-art dental labs which offer a complete range of leading-edge dental products. Our labs represent a perfect balance between innovative technology and traditional methods. We are the leader in state-of-the-art cosmetic and restorative dentistry, and our labs are committed to providing you with the best, most up-to-date products, and services.


Your Job

  • Focus on improvement of cases hold time, getting cases back into production after resolving questions and issues.
  • Communicate with manufacturing on any issues, defects or otherwise non-conformance to ensure proper feed-back and client follow up.
  • Inspection of incoming work and direct communication with the client on any non-conformance issues, verify the cases consist of the correct product(s) listed, have the necessary items to proceed and are scheduled properly to ensure success in the production process.
  • Develop and maintain complete and up-to-date records within a database of all contacts, and contacts and client activity.
  • Develop a close working relationship with manufacturing, operations and customer experience staff to effectively perform job responsibilities.
  • Communication with dental offices via incoming calls, outgoing calls, and emails.

Your Skills

  • Knowledge of dental anatomy
  • Strong computer skills, with ability to work in multiple software platforms.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Dental Technician
  • Experience in dental lab or office
  • Experience in Implant knowledge

Location:

This Job is Located in our Knight Dental Office in Oldsmar, FL. Our network of dental laboratories spans six states, with labs in Florida, Connecticut, Maryland, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and New York. The Leixir Home Office is in Tampa, Florida.

Interview Process

  1. Information Screening: The Talent Manager will have a 20-to-30-minute phone conversation focused on relevant work experience, compensation, role overview, and answering any questions you may have.
  2. Panel Interview: 60-minute interview with two to three key members of the team. This will take place at the lab and will dive deeper into the role, technical knowledge, and requirements of the position. The candidate will have the opportunity to meet the team, tour the workplace, and gain a better understanding of the jobโ€™s functions.
  3. Offer: The Talent Manager will reach out with the details of the informal offer for discussion. After all the details of the informal offer are finalized, the formal offer letter and job description will be sent.
