Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

BizSavvy Network

We help small businesses—especially restaurants—uncover tax credits, cash-flow improvements, and funding opportunities they may not have known they qualified for. Our work is educational, consultative, and impact-driven.

BizSavvy Network is hiring Hybrid Business Development Representatives who are comfortable making outbound calls in the office and visiting local businesses in person to schedule consultations.

This is not a hard-sell role. You are a Business Advocate, introducing owners to legitimate IRS-backed programs (including IRC 45B and other tax incentives) and setting qualified appointments for our advisory team.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Office (Calling & Follow-Up)

  • Make outbound calls to local businesses using provided scripts and CRM
  • Educate owners on available tax credits and cash-flow opportunities
  • Qualify interest and schedule consultations (phone, Zoom, or in-person)
  • Follow up with warm leads via phone and text

Field (Local Visits & Relationship Building)

  • Visit nearby restaurants and small businesses (assigned territory)
  • Introduce BizSavvy Network professionally and leave branded materials
  • Build rapport with owners/managers and secure meeting commitments
  • Represent BizSavvy as a trusted, professional resource

Who Is This Role For

  • Confident communicators (phone + in person)
  • Sales-minded but education-first in approach
  • Comfortable talking to business owners and decision-makers
  • Organized, coachable, and reliable
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in sales, canvassing, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (not required)

Schedule

  • Hybrid: In-office + local field work
  • Typical schedule: Weekdays, flexible hours
  • Part-time or full-time available

Compensation

  • Base pay + performance incentives
  • Bonuses per qualified appointment and closed client
  • Clear growth path into:
  • Senior Business Advocate
  • Broker / Referral Partner
  • Team Lead

Training & Support

  • Paid onboarding & scripts
  • Sales psychology and objection handling training
  • Ongoing coaching and advancement opportunities
  • CRM, call lists, and marketing materials provided

Why BizSavvy Network

  • Legitimate, high-value service (not gimmicks or shady offers)
  • Business-professional environment that rewards effort
  • Real earning potential with skill development
  • Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling advisory network
