Location: West Greenwich, RI Description: Role overview - Senior Procurement Specialist responsible for executing end-to-end procurement activities with emphasis on supplier onboarding, qualification, purchasing processes, procurement systems, and user support
  • System expertise - Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, supplier enablement tools, SAP catalogs, and ERP platforms
  • Stakeholder partnership - Collaborates with internal teams, suppliers, and cross-functional groups to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant procurement operations
  • Independent execution - Works autonomously, documents new processes, maintains training materials, and delivers high-quality support to end users and suppliers

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier onboarding - Supports onboarding, qualification, catalog purchasing, and supplier enablement activities
  • Platform management - Manages supplier onboarding and qualification tasks within SAP Ariba or similar procurement systems
