Job description

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

8:30am - 5:00pm

Requirements and Qualifications:

Strong Organizational Skills

Computer Proficiency

Strong grammar and proofreading abilities

Typing Skills (60WPM)

Positive and Energetic attitude

Experience at a Law Office preferred

Attention to detail and organization

Multitask and Prioritizing

Exceptional oral and written communication skills with outgoing personality

Self-motivated

Critical thinker and problem solver

Microsoft Office: 1 year required

Excel: 1 year required

1 year in Law office (preferred)

Daily Responsibilities:

Extensive assistance and communication clients, courts, and attorney's

Answering office phones to assist with clients, taking notes/messages, and redirecting calls as needed

Meeting with new and existing clients to gather all required documents and ensure all clients information is updated

Managing high volume case load

Scheduling Appointment/Intakes for new clients and set files up for attorney

Input clients information in Best Case System

Assists Attorney with case details

Communicate with clients about court dates and/or court actions.

Maintain client confidentiality

Conduct all job tasks, duties, phone calls, and interactions with professionalism, respect, and in accordance to company policies
