What You'll Do
  • Perform manual journal entries and prepare supporting documentation on a timely basis
  • Reconcile, maintain, and analyze general ledger accounts monthly - including intercompany, eliminations, legal entity structures, and foreign currency
  • Coordinate general accounting functions on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure financial statements are accurate and timely
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of global intercompany operations to support consolidation, tax, and transfer pricing
  • Prepare financial statement schedules used in monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Lead the monthly consolidation of financial results across the company's global legal entities
  • Perform foreign currency accounting, including remeasurement and translation of foreign subsidiary financials, and analysis of realized and unrealized FX gains and losses
  • Maintain and reconcile intercompany accounts, including eliminations, and coordinate settlements across global entities
  • Ensure accurate accounting for M&A activities within consolidation and legal entities; support integration efforts as needed
  • Coordinate with the Global Tax team to ensure transfer pricing is executed correctly across legal entities
  • Partner with internal and external auditors to provide support and analysis
  • Take on additional duties and projects as they come up
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of related accounting experience, or 3 years in public accounting
  • Solid experience with month-end close processes and account reconciliations
  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • Experience with consolidations, intercompany accounting, and foreign currency remeasurement and translation
  • Background supporting accounting across multiple legal entities in a global organization
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills - you can work across functions and levels effectively
  • You take initiative, bring analytical rigor, and approach the work with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
  • Oracle Fusion experience
  • Experience with BlackLine or a comparable account reconciliation platform
Location
This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required at our Minneapolis office, about 2x a week.

The annual salary range for this role is: $76,700-$118,900. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
