  • Travel Coordination: Assist with travel arrangements and related logistics as needed.
  • State and Federal e‐filing and navigating dockets, court files, and PACER.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of active litigation experience in a law firm.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience e‐filing pleadings and documents with courts.
  • Strong grammar and proofreading skills.

Work Environment

This firm fosters a collaborative, team‐driven atmosphere where attorneys and support staff work closely to deliver exceptional client service. Employees take pride in supporting complex litigation matters, and the team‐based approach ensures multiple perspectives are leveraged to meet client needs. The environment is fast‐paced, highly professional, and rooted in shared commitment to excellence and trial readiness.
