Job Summary**
The Receptionist Assistant I provides essential administrative and clerical support, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers at Primoris Energy Services in Baton Rouge, LA. This role ensures smooth front office operations and contributes to a positive and professional company image.
Job Responsibilities**
* Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
* Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
* Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments as needed.
* Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
* Provide support to various departments as requested.
