Addison Group is partnering with a highly regarded law firm to hire an experienced Executive Legal Assistant to support a busy Corporate practice. This firm offers a professional, polished office environment and a collaborative team culture, with strong leadership and long-term stability.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a seasoned Executive Legal Assistant to provide direct support to up to several attorneys within a Corporate practice group. This role requires strong experience with corporate transaction documentation, proactive email and calendar management, and familiarity with Colorado and Federal court procedures.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident managing high-volume communications, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, revise, and manage corporate and real estate transaction documents
  • Coordinate meetings, hearings, arbitrations, and court deadlines
  • Oversee complex attorney calendars and daily scheduling needs
  • Manage and organize attorney inboxes, including drafting and refining client communications, adjusting subject lines, and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Track matters and maintain documentation within case management systems
  • Communicate professionally with attorneys, partners, and clients regarding case updates and emerging issues
  • Support document storage, time tracking, and billing-related administrative tasks
  • Maintain awareness of Colorado and Federal court rules and filing procedures

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Legal Assistant experience
  • At least 2 years supporting a Corporate law practice
  • Hands-on experience with corporate transaction documentation
  • Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft and edit professional correspondence
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Additional Details:
