Nelson Mullins, an AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a Legal Resources Operations Coordinator to support the administration, growth, and ongoing development of the Firm's alternative legal staffing programs. This role serves as a key operational partner responsible for coordinating recruiting efforts, contractor lifecycle management, vendor relationships, reporting, workflow development, and program administration for contract attorneys and other legal professionals.

Support the day-to-day administration of the Firm's alternative legal staffing programs, including contract attorneys, paralegals, docketing professionals, and legal administrative resources. Collaborate with attorneys, practice groups, Human Resources, Accounting, Information Technology, and external staffing partners to support workforce planning and staffing initiatives. Develop and maintain workflows, playbooks, templates, and process documentation that enhance program efficiency, consistency, and scalability. Create reports, dashboards, and metrics related to recruiting activity, contractor utilization, and vendor performance. Support recruiting technology platforms, assist with future recruiting portal initiatives, and contribute to the continued growth and evolution of the Firm's legal resources programs.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting recruiting operations, staffing programs, legal operations, workforce management, or project-based contract labor environments. They are comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure settings and possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through. This individual enjoys creating structure, developing processes, and building operational playbooks that support long-term growth. They are proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with attorneys, business professionals, vendors, and staffing partners.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and at least three (3) years of experience in recruiting coordination, staffing operations, workforce management, legal operations, HR operations, project coordination, or a related field.
